We ship all around the United Arab Emirates.
Currently we do not ship internationally.
RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we carefully inspect each item before delivery, therefore all sales are final and cannot be returned. If any of the products are damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this period we cannot credit you for the damaged item.
As for the Rugs, at the time of delivery. if you do not find that it fits perfectly in your home, we would accept your return and offer a full refund. This will only be accepted if reported at the same time as delivery.
SAFETY
Our Moses Baskets are designed as a supervised sleeping device for newborns. Once your baby can roll over, push up or crawl, seek alternative bedding. Place your baby on their backs to reduce the risk of SIDS.
Use only the mattress provided, as this has been designed to fit the dimensions of your individual basket.
Always place your basket on a firm and flat surface and never use it as a carryng device. It is recommended that you place the handles of the basket in an outward position when the basket is in use and remove any tags.
Do NOT carry the basket while the baby is inside.
Always keep your basket away from hazards such as fire / flames, heaters, stoves, window blinds, cords, etc.
